Having worked with Mel for over a year and a half, I can honestly say that her approach and general demeanor contributed to what I consider my most effective therapeutic relationship to date. Mel is personable, appropriately inquisitive and challenging, and also has an incredibly diverse and vast array of resources to share. I never once felt uncomfortable or pressed to venture towards any topic I did not want to discuss, and she always made sure to steer the conversation when I ran out of things to discuss myself.
Mel is incredible, so empathetic and so knowledgeable about LGBTQIA+ issues!
