How lists are ordered
Category and town pages sort listings by Google star rating and review count when those numbers are on file, then by business name. That rule is printed on each list page. It is not an endorsement.
Where listings come from
Listings come from Google Business data or from business submissions. The data-sources note explains both. Every business can have a free listing. A paid Featured listing buys visibility only.
What a profile shows
Each profile shows address, hours, phone, website, category and Google listing details when we have them on file. We do not add medical claims or praise. Some profiles also carry a write-up we prepare from the business's public details. We never present it as the business's own words.
Corrections and removal
Use the reporting an error page or the contact page to fix a detail or ask for removal.
