Andrew is incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely caring. This is a beautiful community with excellent care, and the staff and residents make it such a fun, welcoming place.
Merrill Gardens has such a welcoming feel every time I visit. The staff is friendly, the building is bright and well cared for, and there’s a genuine sense of comfort throughout the community. You can tell the residents are treated with kindness and respect, and that families feel supported. A big part of that comes from Stephanie, the general manager. She brings a steady, thoughtful leadership style that shows in everything—from how smoothly the community runs to the positive energy among the staff.
The staff made me feel so welcome I almost forgot I was a customer and not an old friend.
