My wife and I enjoyed the tour of Ivy Park. The environment was relaxing, serene, and accommodating. Workers were generous with their friendliness. The residents we encountered seemed happy and welcoming. It appeared that the facility would be a nice place to call home. Of course, Jurnee was top notch!
The entire team is welcoming and professional making for a uniquely unforgettable experience. Ivy Park is a community within a community. You really don’t have to want for anything. It is all there under one roof. All the bases were covered. The residents appear to be happy and comfortable and it felt very safe which is important to seniors. By the way, the food in the dining-room was delicious 10/10! Excellent Work!
It felt like Home! Thank you guys so much! Place was so clean and hospitable Mark and Jay were our points of contact and I couldn’t be more thankful. Everybody on staff was all smiles.. The resident seemed happy. It was really comforting, knowing that my family was gonna be taken care of and in a place that was close by to me so I could be next to my family.
