Can not depend on this agency to keep you updated when care person not showing up to work. Plus they don’t keep you updated if they found someone to cover the shift. Not a good agency at all
Unfortunately I’m unable to leave negative stars! Today is the final straw with this company! 4 times now, 4 TIMES, we had a meet and greet set up and every single time they were a no call/no show! No one from the agency ever bothered to call me to let me know that no one was coming! It’s very unfortunate when dealing with Medicare waivers because the majority of the agencies that accept it are trash!
Everything went very well. Laura is very attentive and kind, a 10 out of 10 for her!
